Introductions of Wood Pellet Line:

The Production Line mainly includes splitting, chipping, crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing.

1.wood crusher	Crush all kinds of wood with diameter less than 20cm into sawdust.
2. Dryer	It can reduce the moisture. so the raw material feeding into pellet mill (with hot stove)
3.Conveyor	It is used to transport the saw dust into pellet mill.
4.Pellet Machine	Press raw material make pellet.
5.Elevating Conveyor	It is used to transport the pellet into cooling separator.
6.Cooling Separator	Complete closed structure, stainless sieve, reducer transmission, low noise and stable operating
7.Pulsed dust collector	It is used to collecting dust,let the pellet clean.
8.Packing Machine	The weighting scope of this machine is from 10kg-25kg per bag.

The whole process can be rougly boiled down to a line:

1) Wood Splitting
(If the diameter of logs is beyond the MAX feeding dia of Wood Chipper , pls split the log or wood first.
If wood logs, timber or lumber will be put into use, debarking shall be considered. )

2) Chipping
(if forest or wood material will be used, the previous step and this one shall be done. )

3) Pulverizing/crushing
(It is to reduce the size of material into qualified one, namely about 3mm or 4mm)

4) Sifting
(if some small sized material will be applied such as sawdust or rice husk, it shall be purified from metal scraps and Other impurities. )

5) Drying
(commonly 12%-15% moisture content is needed. )

6) Pelletizing
The wood pellet machine can produce 6mm, 8mm, 10mm fuel pellets.

7) Cooling & screening
Cooler is to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.

8) Packaging:  15kg, 25kg, 50kg per bag
