Wood Chip Dryer /Sawdust Pipe Dryer Yugong high efficiency air dryer machine This kind of air dryer machine is mainly used to prepare suitable moisture raw material for pelletizing . For pellet press, the air dryer machine only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of pellet press. Or the pellets will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
YGHJ Air Dryer Machine 1. YGHJ Series Single Stove Air Dryer Machine The Moisture reducing rate of the YGHJ series sawdust Pipe Dryer is 8-12%. This air dryer machine is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for pelletizing . 2. YGHJ Series Double Stove Air Dryer Machine This double stove air dryer machine is a newly developed air flow dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% via only one passage.
