Description:
We can make Pellet Making Line from 500kg/h to 12t/h which is included crusher, Dryer , pellet maker, cooling, packing and Other auxiliary equipments. The whole line is compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency.

The biomass fuel wood pellets can be made from various kinds of wood waste, straw waste, forestry wastes, lumber leftover, sawdust, wood shavings, wood bark and all type of agriculture stuff, such as rice husk, bamboo dust, sugarcane, coffee husk, paddy straws, sunflower/cotton/corn stalks and so on.

The finished pellets diameter can be 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm according to client's need.


Main process of the Wood Pellet Line:

1). Wood Crusher
(crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust)
2). Dryer
(dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets)
3). Pellet Mill
(press raw material into pellets)
4). Cooler
(cool down pellets and remove certain moisture)
5). Screener
(remove dust, and broken pellets)
6). Packaging machine
(pack pellets into bags of required weight)
