I.   PREPARATION before chipping:

This Drum Wood Chipper can cut wood logs, small dimension wood and brushwood under the diameter of 200mm. It can be applied into pulp mill, trees, paper mill, wood factory etc. Wood Chipper is mainly formed by the host, coupling and chassis, motor parts, including cutting machine, cutter host by trim, feeding and discharging port, etc.


II.   FEATURE:

1. Knife roll cutting part equips with protection plate, effectively prolongs the service life of knife roller.

2. Bearing ensures the equipment's performance and service life under continuous full load operation state.

3. The feeding belt conveyor of chipper adopts high strength wear-resistant belt. Supporting roller adopts elastic rubber roller, which absorbs the vibration and strike in the process of conveying so that protects the belt.

4. The chipper is composed of machine seat, drum rotor, upper and lower feed rollers, feeding belt conveyor, hydraulic system, etc.

5. Cutting range: Cutting logs, branches, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalks, and Other non-wood fiber stems into dimensional chips which are the essential material for the production of particle board, fireboard and paper pulp.

IV.    WORKING PRINCIPLES of Wood /log Chipper:

It consists engine base, cutter roller, feeding roller, conveyor and hydraulic system and so on. The engine base is welded by high strength steel plate,

It's the supporting base of the whole machine. On the cutter roller, there installs two or three flying cutter. Through the professional bolt, fixed the flying cutters on the roller.

According to the thickness of the raw materials, the feeding roller can moves up and down through the helping of hydraulic system. The satisfied chips can be discharged at the bottom of the machine through the screen.The bigger chips will be cutted again in the chamber of machine.
