5.Working Principle
The motor make the rotor in high speed rotation through the triangle belt transmission and apply  the fruit into the feeder hopper of the machine evenly.The feeding blade send the material to the beating staff and with the staff, the material will be crushed.Under centrifugal force, the juice and fruit slurry meat through the screen and go into next processes. Then the core, skin and seed residue will send out from the slag mouth.That is automatic residue separate.
The size of hole in the screen made according to the fruit choosing. If the two channels of double channel beating machine are beating structure, the hole size of the second one is smaller than first one.
